Invitation to the 1st K-meet3 Job Fair (Kuramae Employment Information Exchange Part-3)


To all students,
The Tokyo Tech Alumni Association and the Student Support Center will jointly hold the first K-meet3. We have a total of 65 companies this year, including both large corporation and ventures, and they are keen to hire Tokyo Tech students. Although we will conduct the event in a remote format, we have chosen oVice as our platform, which closely simulates a face-to -face interaction, prioritizing your convenience. This will allow you to visit company booths at your preferred time and freely talk with senior employees of those companies.
We kindly request you to pre-register for the event and actively participate in the event.
In addition, we are introducing a new initiative called the Student Contact System. During the registration process, we will ask you whether you wish to receive contact from companies. If you wish to receive contact, please provide information such as, school, major, grade, research content, and areas of expertise. The company will get that information anonymously without revealing your name. If there are companies that wish to establish contact with you, we will inform you of their names. However, please note that contacting companies is optional, and you do not need to establish contact with the company if you do not wish to. In this way, this event will provide an opportunity for companies and students to meet.
Participation registration is mandatory, so please proceed with the necessary procedures as soon as possible. For those specially interested in using the Student Contact System, please ensure your registration by Tuesday, June 20th. After this deadline, we will be unable to provide you with advance information regarding the company name.
K-meet3 presents a valuable opportunity to enhance the significance of your job search. Please take advantage of it. We look forward to your participation.
 

Information on 1st K-meet3 Job Fair 
 
1. Date and Time
  • Date: Wednesday, June 28, 2023
  • Opening Hours: 14:00-16:00
 
2. Venue
  • On-line format with oVice simulating a face-to -face interaction.
  • 65 Corporate booths will be available in the oVice virtual venue.
  • The URL in section 3 will lead you the layout diagram of company booths.
  • Many Tokyo Tech OBs/OGs will also participate in the company virtual booths.
  • You can enter the company booths at your convenience and receive company presentations and exchange information with alumni and others.

4. Registration
  • Please complete your registration by Tuesday, June 27, through the following URL. 
  • Students who want to use the Student Contact System must register by Tuesday, June 20, 2023
 
5. K-meet3 Bulletin Board
  • After registration, we will send you the URL and password at your registered email address, and you will be able to access the "K-meet3 Bulletin Board for participants”.
  • Please check regularly as the latest information. We will update the list of participating companies, web-based company introductions, PDF-based introductions of new participating companies, guidelines for using oVice for students, notices from companies, and other information.
